Money-Back & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Money-Back & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through our website https://www.optmzd.app. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective refund policies, and refund requests for those purchases must be directed to the relevant store's support team.

2. General Policy

Except where applicable law provides otherwise or as expressly stated below, all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Because access to personalized digital content and analysis is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are not available once the service has begun.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Optimize offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: The guarantee applies only once per user and only within the first 30 days of starting a subscription. It does not apply to upgrades, add-ons, or repeat purchases after cancellation and re-signup.
  • Minimum Usage: You must have completed at least 21 separate days of your program within the first 30 days after purchase. Usage is verified internally by Optimize.
  • Refund Scope: If you qualify, Optimize will refund the most recent subscription charge (excluding any trial fee). Refunds are limited to one per user and will be returned to the original payment method.
  • How to Claim: Requests must be emailed to support@optmzd.app within 30 calendar days of your original subscription purchase. Requests received after this period are not eligible.
  • Clarification: The guarantee does not apply to subscriptions canceled within the first 21 days, even if requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Additional Provisions: The refund amount is capped at USD $60.00 and will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

Apart from the conditions described above or where required by law, all payments are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund payments already processed.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@optmzd.app. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

Uninstalling the app or closing your browser does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through account settings or by contacting support directly.

Purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play must be canceled through their respective account settings, following Apple's or Google's refund and cancellation procedures.

6. Unauthorized Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, please contact support@optmzd.app within 30 days of the charge. We will review the case and issue a refund if appropriate.

7. Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of such taxes. If Optimize is required to collect or remit taxes, the appropriate amount will be added to your billing total.
