- Supplement Stack Data: Supplements you add to your stack, dosages, start/end dates, and notes.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, session duration, and other interaction data.
- Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and cookies.
- Payment Information: Processed by our third-party payment processor (RevenueCat/Stripe). We do not store full card details.
- Communications: Messages you send to our support team.
We do not collect photographs, biometric identifiers, or facial data of any kind.
3. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you: When you create an account, complete the onboarding quiz, log check-ins, or contact support.
- Automatically: Through cookies, analytics SDKs, and tracking technologies as you use the Platform.
- From third-party services: Analytics providers (PostHog), payment processors (RevenueCat), and authentication services (Supabase).
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:

The health information you provide (energy levels, sleep ratings, supplement usage, etc.) is used solely to provide and improve the Optimize Platform. This information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Health data you enter is self-reported and not verified by medical professionals.
Optimize is not a medical service. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.
8. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest via our database provider (Supabase). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Platform and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing optimizebizhq@gmail.com.
10. Your Rights and Choices
- Access & Correction: You may access and update your account information through your dashboard settings.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
