Delivery of Digital Goods

All Optimize products and services are delivered digitally. Upon successful subscription purchase, access to premium features is granted immediately within your account at https://optmzd.app. No physical items are shipped. There are no shipping fees.

You will also receive a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. If you do not receive access within a few minutes of purchase, please contact us at optimizebizhq@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Optimize subscription for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase, contact us at optimizebizhq@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns

As all Optimize products are digital services, we do not accept physical returns. Refunds are available under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described above.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions purchased directly through https://optmzd.app can be canceled at any time:

• Through your account: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
• By email: Send a cancellation request to optimizebizhq@gmail.com from your account email address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.

Important: Stopping use of the Platform or closing your browser does not cancel your subscription. You must actively cancel through the steps above to stop future charges.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid charges for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You will receive a renewal reminder email before each charge.
